How to order reproductions of images on the Greene and Greene Virtual Archives:
- Find the image(s) you want to order on the GGVA Web site.
- Locate the identification number of the image. Only images with identification numbers beginning with GGUSC are available from the Greene and Greene Archives. For information on ordering images from other repositories or private companies, please consult the GGVA web site.
- Send an e-mail to scheid@usc.edu listing the identification numbers and titles of the image(s) you want to order. Please also indicate how you intend to use the images, if you need TIFFs or JPEGs, and what resolution you require. The Archivist will e-mail an order form for you to fill out, sign and return to initiate the order.
The minimum charge for this service by the Archives is $25. If you plan to publish any of the images, a separate Permission to Publish form will be required and an additional fee will be charged.
